Situated in Burleigh Heads on the Gold Coast, the photography studio is available to hire for your next project.

Whether you’re an out of town photographer flying in for a job, or a local with a project that you need a studio for, I can help.

My studio is equipped with the 3  seamless paper backgrounds, Arctic White, Medium Grey, and Jet Black. They’re 2.7 metres wide and are mounted on a 3 meter high background support system. Studio hire includes the use of backgrounds for free. Damaged/soiled paper is billed at a rate of $20/meter.

The studio has an editing desk with the ability to connect a laptop to the 24inch EIZO professionally calibrated editing monitor for image review/tethered shooting purposes. Connections:Mini Display Port or DVI. Monitor use included for free.

  • Nikon D7000 Camera Body – $100 half day / $150 full day
  • Nikon 27-40mm f/2.8 Lens – $50 half day / $75 full day
  • Nikon 70-200mm f/2.8 VR Lens – $50 half day / $75 full day
  • Nikon 50mm f/1.8D Lens – $25 half day / $40 full day
  • Mamiya RZ67II Medium Format Film Camera – $100 half day / $150 full day
  • Mamiya-Sekor 110mm f/2.8 Lens – $50 half day / $75 full day
  • Mamiya Polaroid Back – $15 half day / $25 full day
  • Mamiya 120 6×7 Film Back – $15 half day / $25 full day

*Please bring your own SD memory cards if hiring the Nikon D7000. Camera is equipped with battery grip and will have 2 fully charged batteries inside the camera upon arrival.
**Polaroid Film Packs are available for purchase at a cost of $15 per pack (10 shots).

The studio has a sound system with direct input for either a laptop or mp3 player/iPhone/iPod etc. Music is great for relaxing models and filling in the silence.

Bathrooms/Showers are on site along along with makeup stools and a large (2m x 1.2m) mirror.

I will be on hand to assist with any equipment or lighting queries if required at no extra cost.

To avoid disappointment I recommend booking ahead at least 1 week to secure your preferred date. The studio can be booked 7 days a week between the hours of 7a.m and 10p.m.
